The Glass Factory is Sweden’s only museum dedicated exclusively to glass, with the most extensive collection of art glass, consisting of approximately 50,000 objects from various glassworks. The collection features works by some 50 artists who have worked in glass, from the 18th century to the present day.
The glassworks hosts events such as glass shows, happenings, and demonstrations, where national and international artists and designers are invited to experiment with glass and explore new forms of expression. As a visitor, you’ll have the opportunity to try your hand at working with glass, discover what it feels like, and develop your creative skills.
