Strandbadet Camping Älghult is a little gem of a campground in Älghult. It features a lovely swimming spot on Lake Älgasjön, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. A wonderful place to take a swim or just relax.
There’s also a small café-kiosk here that serves homemade treats, which you can enjoy on the outdoor patio. The café is open on weekends starting in mid-May, and from June onward, it’s open every day through the end of August.
The campground is open year-round, but during months when temperatures may drop below freezing, the service building is closed. However, electricity is available year-round.
