Klasatorpet ligger i Långasjö, sydväst om Emmaboda. Torpet är mera känt som ”Korpamoen”, Karl-Oskars och Kristinas hem i Utvandrarfilmen av Vilhelm Moberg.
During the height of summer, you can view exhibits and materials from the film shoot. You can also purchase local handicrafts.
Klasatorpet offers a glimpse into how a Småland crofter’s family lived a hundred years ago. The area is an excellent destination for children, who get the chance to interact with some of our most common farm animals.
Open from Midsummer to mid-August. Check the website for current opening hours. At other times, visitors are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas, such as the buildings and surroundings.
