At Glasriket’s Moose Park, you’ll encounter moose in their beautiful natural habitat and have the chance to get really close to them.
Join us on a moose safari, where you’ll ride in a covered, protected wagon pulled by a tractor and listen to the safari guide, who knows the moose well. Be moved by these magnificent animals, and if you’re lucky, you might even get the chance to pet and feed them. The moose safari guide has extensive experience and knowledge of moose; he provides information about the moose during the safari and is happy to answer questions. The moose safari takes about 50 minutes. You can find the schedule for guided tours on the moose park’s website.
You can also choose to drive through the moose park in your own car.
Before and after the tour, you can enjoy freshly grilled moose sausage, waffles, or other tasty treats at the barbecue hut—or why not try your luck at fishing in the pond, where you might catch a rainbow trout? At the moose shop, you can buy moose souvenirs and other locally produced goods, such as honey and alpaca yarn.
