Hospitality Shines in the Kingdom of Glass

Spring and the summer season are fast approaching, and things are in full swing at Destination Glasriket. Work on the new magazine is well underway. We’ve begun planning for Glaskonst, which kicks off the last weekend in April. That’s the weekend when all our glassworks and studios showcase their latest creations. We’re preparing this year’s campaigns, and perhaps most importantly right now, making sure our website is up to date.

Yesterday we had a kickoff meeting with the team that runs Glasriket’s tourist information centers and InfoPoint. They are so important to Glasriket’s businesses, tourist attractions, and event organizers.
We brushed up on our hospitality skills and shared our experiences from last year, while also identifying areas we need to improve for the upcoming season.
We scheduled this year’s tour of Glasriket with the summer staff—after all, they need the best possible conditions to become great ambassadors—and, of course, to meet their colleagues.

If you are one of the organizers of one of our events in Glasriket, and if you need an InfoPoint on site during your event, please feel free to contact us at Destination Glasriket. We can discuss what such an arrangement might look like.
