Colorful Destination
A new experience and recruitment fair for the tourism industry in Kronoberg County will be held at Araby Park Arena on February 5–6, 2027.
Become part of Colourful Destination—the meeting place where the employees of the future connect with employers in the hospitality industry.
The tourism industry needs the right talent to grow, and at the same time, many people are looking for new opportunities in one of Sweden’s most exciting industries. At Colourful Destination, your company will have a unique opportunity to meet future employees, strengthen your employer brand, and showcase what you have to offer.
Over the course of two days, we bring together companies, job seekers, students, educational institutions, and the general public to facilitate connections that lead to hires, new customers, and valuable partnerships.
A booth at Colourful Destination is more than just a place to be seen—it’s an opportunity to build
relationships, inspire people, and secure the talent of the future.
