Klasatorpet is located in Långasjö, southwest of Emmaboda. Torpet is better known as "Korpamoen", Karl-Oskars and Kristina's home in the Utvandrarfilmen by Vilhelm Moberg.
During the height of summer, you can see exhibitions and material from the filming. There is also the opportunity to buy local handicrafts.
Klasatorpet gives a picture of how a Småland crofter family lived a hundred years ago. The area is an excellent destination for the children, who get the opportunity to spend time with some of our most common pets.
Open from midsummer to mid-August. Check the website for current opening hours. At other times, visitors are welcome to enjoy the place outdoors such as the buildings and surroundings.
