A dining experience in beautiful nature
Under Eken is a concept run by Explore Småland with many years of experience in high-quality cooking. The dishes are prepared outdoors over an open fire while course after course is enjoyed at a leisurely pace. The tasting menu, which consists of 8-10 dishes, is based on the finest ingredients that can be found nearby and depending on the season.
For Explore Småland, food should be an experience and create memories with those sitting around the table. The Under Eken concept is a holistic experience between flavors and nature. You as a group sit outside under an oak tree while you enjoy the surroundings and smell the smells from the cooking right next door. Dish after dish is enjoyed in the peaceful environment while the host couple Chatrine and Johan take care of you in the best possible way.
The seating starts at 17:00 and lasts for approximately 3 hours but everyone is warmly welcome to continue enjoying the place until 23:00
