Orranäs Glasbruk is being rebuilt

It was with great joy that we were able to take part in the press release from the mill's board and owner, during Tuesday.

The rebuilding of the Orranäs glass factory means a lot to the Glass Kingdom as a visitor destination.
When the cabin is back in place, the area is complete again. Orrefor's historical working environment as an area has the theme of glass, from a historical perspective with Orrefor's museum and the Hammersmith's Forge. But also the contemporary, where you can, among other things, take a walk in Sweden's first phytopark.
The mill's unique expression in its design is a fine complement to the rest of the glass industry, and an obvious destination for our guests.

It is also extremely positive for Orrefors as a place. The investment builds faith in the future among the residents and creates opportunities for other businesses to develop their businesses. It created pride in the village.
